Adam Cohen has extensive experience in research and management within the field of transportation sustainability and innovative mobility. Since January 2004, Adam has held various positions at the University of California, Berkeley's Transportation Sustainability Research Center, currently serving as Senior Research Manager. Concurrently, Adam has been a Senior Researcher at the Mineta Transportation Institute since June 2007. At the Transportation Research Board, Adam has been involved in multiple capacities since February 2019, including Chair of the Standing Committee on Emerging and Innovative Public Transport and Technologies and various memberships in subcommittees. Additionally, Adam serves as Vice Chairman of the Shared and Digital Mobility Committee at SAE International and is a board member and expert contributor for the Community Air Mobility Initiative. Adam's earlier experience includes roles in emergency planning and research assistance, with graduate degrees in International Relations and Urban Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
