Alicia Mikel Hayes

Alicia Mikel Hayes has extensive experience in program management and advisory roles, serving as Associate Director and Program Manager/Advisor at the University of California, Berkeley since September 2001. Prior to this, Alicia held the position of Program Coordinator at the Cal Alumni Association from July 1999 to September 2001. Alicia's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration focused on Public Management and a Master of Arts in History, both obtained from California State University - East Bay, where Alicia also earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. Additionally, Alicia holds an Associate of Arts degree from Chabot College.
