Anne-Marie Harvey

Anne-Marie Harvey is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in higher education and non-profit sectors. Since 2002, Anne-Marie has served as the Senior Director of Development Strategy Partners, Principal Gifts & Strategic Initiatives at UC Berkeley, following prior roles as Senior Analyst and Associate Director in Principal Gifts. Anne-Marie's earlier experience includes consulting for the Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund, where responsibilities included writing and editing grant recommendations, as well as creating content for a new website. Anne-Marie also held the position of sole in-house writer/editor at Napster, focusing on web content and technical communication. Additionally, Anne-Marie contributed to academia as a Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley from 1994 to 2000, where course development and instruction were key responsibilities. Anne-Marie's academic background includes a Ph.D. in American Literature and Culture from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree in Literary & Cultural Studies/Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
