Courtney Chandler

Courtney Chandler is currently serving as the Special Advisor to the Provost on Academic Labor Relations Coordination at the University of California, Berkeley, a role initiated in August 2023, overseeing academic labor-related activities and contract implementation. With extensive experience at the same institution since November 2009, Courtney has held pivotal leadership positions including Senior Vice Dean and Chief Strategy & Operating Officer at the Haas School of Business, where responsibilities encompass strategic planning, operational management, and integration of Berkeley-Haas culture. Notably, Courtney achieved significant successes as Assistant Dean & Executive Director of the Evening & Weekend MBA Program, leading to a consistently top-ranked program and high student satisfaction ratings.
