David Wooley

Director

David Wooley serves as a Lecturer and Research Center Director at the University of California, Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy, where responsibilities include managing research projects on air pollution control, utility regulation, power generation, offshore wind energy, transportation and climate policy, and sustainable public finance. Wooley has a diverse background, including roles as Director at the American Wind Energy Association, Vice President at the Energy Foundation, and Assistant Attorney General in New York. Additionally, Wooley has experience as a lawyer at the Clean Air Task Force.
