Megan Mitchell serves as the Research Partnership Director at UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare, where efforts focus on enhancing youth mental wellbeing within the California PK-12 education system. Previously, at ResultsLab, Megan managed a diverse portfolio of clients, developing equity-centered data practices and launching the Impact Collective online learning community. Megan’s experience includes roles at the Texas Education Agency, where strategic initiatives improved outcomes for over 500,000 students, and at UC Davis as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching courses on identity and career development. Additional roles include National Evaluation Manager at Big Green, where comprehensive evaluations of nutrition programming were implemented, and curriculum development at Albert | Learn By Doing. Megan holds a Master's Degree in Community Development from UC Davis and a B.A. in Psychology and English from The University of Texas at Austin.
