Asmita Jha

Asmita Jha is currently a Firmware Security Intern at NetRise Inc., a position held since June 2023, and also serves as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Davis. Prior experience includes a previous internship at NetRise Inc., an IoT Security Consultant role at Payatu where responsibilities involved embedded hardware security and firmware reverse engineering, and a Graduate Engineering Trainee position at Zerowav Pvt Ltd focused on embedded firmware development. Additional roles encompass a Research Assistant position at Pralhad P. Chhabria Research Center and a Project Intern role at the Armament Research and Development Establishment, DRDO, where Jha developed embedded software for advanced weapon systems. Asmita Jha is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Davis, after completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune.
