Jeremy Phillips

Jeremy Phillips is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in higher education technology management. As the Director of Information Technology for the College of Letters and Science IT Services at UC Davis since June 2010, Jeremy has overseen strategic direction and service delivery for over 40 departments, programs, and centers, managing a team of 22 career staff and 15 student staff. Previous roles include IT Director for the Division of Social Sciences at the University of California (2010-2012) and Senior Systems Developer at the UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain (2002-2010), where Jeremy played a pivotal role in establishing a leading research center in cognitive neuroscience. An early career position as IT Manager at the UC Davis Languages and Literatures Language Learning Center (1998-2002) involved comprehensive technology management across multiple departments. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Davis, earned between 1994 and 2018.
