Meg Padovani

Meg Padovani has extensive experience in business intelligence and application development, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence at the University of California, Davis, since August 2012. In this role, Meg coordinates and oversees product and service delivery within Advancement Services using Agile SCRUM methodology. Previous positions at UC Davis include Lead Application Developer, Applications Programmer, Report Engineer, and Development Outreach Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in programming, analytical services, and enhancing business efficiency. Prior experience includes roles in student services and customer service at Heald College and Community Banks of Northern California, respectively. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the Pacific, along with various degrees in the field from California State University-Sacramento and San Joaquin Delta College.
