Monica Bajaj

Monica Bajaj currently serves as the VP of Engineering for Customer Identity at Okta, leading a global team to develop advanced authentication and authorization SaaS solutions. With an extensive background in engineering leadership, Monica holds board positions at SheTO, UC San Diego's Jacob School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board, and Berkeley SkyDeck, advising startups on product market fit and scaling engineering teams. Previous roles include Senior Director of Engineering at Workday, Director of Engineering at UKG focusing on AI products, and leadership positions at Perforce Software, NetApp, and Cisco, where Monica significantly scaled engineering teams and improved operational efficiencies.
