Tisa Jackson

Tisa Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor for the Elevate program at the Center for Executive Development at UC San Diego, Cal State Fullerton, and UC Riverside, Tisa has previously held pivotal roles such as Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion Practice Management at Microsoft and Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group for the Americas. Tisa's career began at Countrywide Financial Corporation (now Bank of America) as a Manager of Diversity & Inclusion, followed by a position as Human Resources Business Partner at Deloitte. Tisa holds a B.S. in Speech Communications, Management & Organizational Behavior from Emerson College and completed the inaugural class of the African American Board Leadership Institute, focusing on philanthropy strategy and nonprofit & government operations.
