Shawn Lee

Shawn Lee M.A. currently serves as the Director of Youth Development at UCAN in Chicago since November 2023. Previously, Shawn held various roles at the Chicago Urban League, including Operations and Compliance Manager and Program Manager. Shawn's extensive experience in youth development spans several organizations, including Children's Home + Aid, where responsibilities ranged from mentoring youth to managing social service programs and facilitating educational resources for families. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Youth Development from DePaul University, and current pursuit of a Master's in Counseling Psychology, alongside a Bachelor's in Nonprofit Management.
