Kim Schaefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing. As COO and co-founder of RealityMatters Inc. and RealityMatters Europe since December 2015, Kim has been instrumental in developing immersive experiences in the extended reality sector. Additionally, Kim serves as a Member of the Board for Belwest, a chamber of commerce supporting businesses in thirteen western US states. Since May 2015, Kim has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at UCAN, a sister agency specializing in 360° marketing communications. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Marketing at Toyota Motor Europe and Executive Office Manager at CAE, alongside serving on the board of Jong Voka Mechelen. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen.
