Meghan Creese

Meghan Creese, MSW, LGSW is a dedicated social work professional with a diverse background in mental health and social services. Currently serving as a MSHO/MSC+ Care Coordinator at UCare since July 2024, Meghan previously worked as a Therapist at People Incorporated Mental Health Services and as a Waiver Case Manager at Redeemer Services, Inc. Additional experience includes roles such as Housing Transition Advocate and Self-Employed Childcare Provider, showcasing a strong foundation in patient care and multitasking.
