Gaurav Mehta

Gaurav Mehta is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in system analysis and technical support. Currently serving as a Sr. System Analyst at UCare since September 2020, Gaurav Mehta is responsible for administering front-end and back-end applications, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating user onboarding and offboarding. Previously, Gaurav Mehta worked at JPMorganChase from April 2017 to January 2020 as a System Analyst, executing MACD processes for over 1,000 enterprise users and coordinating workstation relocations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior IT Analyst at Consumers Energy from December 2014 to April 2017, where Gaurav Mehta provided Level 1 and 2 support for multiple data centers, managing daily IT incident tickets. Gaurav Mehta holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
