Rob Sekula has extensive experience in workforce management and reporting, currently serving as a Business Analyst at UCare since August 2017. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Medica from July 2006 to July 2017, including Call Center Analyst 2, Manager of Commercial Service Operations, Technical Analyst I, and Supervisor of Customer Service. In these roles, Rob demonstrated expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Workforce Management systems, managed call center operations, and developed strategic business plans. Rob began a career in operations at SUPERVALU from September 2004 to July 2006, progressing from Lead Supervisor to Superintendent.
