Samantha Fallen, PHR, has over 13 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Total Rewards Senior Manager at UCare since April 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operational functions such as benefit administration, employee relations, compliance, and payroll processing. Samantha has held various roles within UCare, progressing from Facility Assistant to HR Generalist before assuming managerial positions. Prior experience includes administrative support for English professors at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and retail work at Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
