Steven Wheeler

Steven Wheeler has extensive experience in IT and customer service, currently serving as an IT Systems Analyst and Deployment Coordinator at UCare since September 2011, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, release management, and user acceptance testing. In addition, Steven holds roles in knowledge management and communications, managing the SharePoint website for the Customer Service department and facilitating real-time updates for over 150 representatives. Earlier experience includes volunteering with Free Arts Minnesota, working as a phlebotomist at Park Nicollet Health Services, and serving in various roles within Bloomington Parks and Recreation, where responsibilities included event coordination and instruction for children's programs. Steven holds a B.A. in English from Amherst College, with additional concentrations in Political Science, Music, Film & Media Studies, and Renaissance Era Literature.
