Aitor Larrabe

Aitor Larrabe has extensive experience in talent acquisition and learning. Aitor currently serves as SVP at UCB, focusing on bridging the gap between current and future capabilities. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at various companies such as Ferrovial, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Goodyear Dunlop Tires EMEA, where they were responsible for talent management and HR development. Aitor also co-founded and served as a board member at Foundation Twenty-nine, a organization dedicated to rare diseases and empowering individuals in their health decisions. Additionally, Aitor has a background in academia, teaching as an associate professor at IE Business School. Their career started at Marks and Spencer, where they served as HR Director and Training for the Iberia region.
