Aparna Desai

Aparna Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and clinical trials management. Currently serving as the International Pharmacovigilance Operations Lead and Safety Leader for the UK and ROI at UCB since August 2016, Aparna has held various significant roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience includes positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager and interim Pharmacovigilance Manager, as well as several managerial roles in pharmacovigilance and clinical trials at Actavis, Warner Chilcott, and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. Educationally, Aparna holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
