David Dranow

David Dranow is a Principal Scientist in Structural Biology with a robust background in protein structure determination and crystallization techniques. They have served as a Senior Research Associate at Emerald BioStructures and EmeraldBio, focusing on x-ray crystallography and crystallization experiments. At Beryllium Discovery, they held roles as Research Scientist I and II, where they advanced protein structure determination methods, including novel structures using SAD phasing. Dranow also contributed to UCB as a Research Scientist and later as Principal Scientist, leading multiple projects and managing protein production and structural studies. They were a past president of UCB Speaks Toastmasters and earned a degree from the University of Washington between 2006 and 2010.
