Derek Xie

Derek Xie currently serves as the Head of Broad Market, Retail and Distribution and China CFO at 优时比 since May 2021. Prior to this role, Derek held multiple positions at 诺华 from May 2010 to May 2021, including Head of Omni Channel Engagement for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, as well as various leadership roles in marketing and business planning analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller for North Asia at Ciba and Project Manager-Reporting at Air Liquide Healthcare Australia. Derek Xie holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Macquarie University, is a CPA with CPA Australia, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jinan University. Derek is currently pursuing further education at IMD from 2022 to 2024.
