Emmanuelle Renery

Emmanuelle Renery is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Business Excellence at UCB since January 2012. In this role, Emmanuelle leads a diverse team focused on optimizing UCB's External Manufacturing CMO Network, with responsibilities in operational efficiency, digitalization, sustainability, risk management, and compliance. Previous roles at UCB included Director of External Network Governance, where Emmanuelle ensured effective governance of global and local partners, and Associate Director positions focusing on partnerships, outsourcing, and operational excellence. Emmanuelle's earlier experience includes project management at NextPharma and various leadership roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, spearheading inhaled program development and laboratory operations. Emmanuelle holds an MBA from Open University Business School and has completed advanced programs in negotiation and engineering.
