Federica dal Toso

Federica Dal Toso has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the EU Rare Diseases and Epilepsy Operation Talent Partner and HR Director for UCB Pharma from March 2018 to July 2024. In this role, Federica supports business leaders in creating high-performing teams and managing European operations in a complex organizational environment. Prior to UCB Pharma, Federica held various HR leadership positions at Sandvik, including HR Director and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and strategy development. Furthermore, experience as an HR Business Partner Worldwide at Dormer Pramet and a Senior Associate at ASI Consulting honed skills in change management and strategy for prestigious clients such as Ferrari-Maserati and Gucci Group. Federica holds a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi Modena e Reggio Emilia.
