Ian Murray

Ian Murray is a PMP and PRINCE 2 certified project manager with 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and device industries. Currently serving as the Project Management Methods and Standards Lead at UCB, Murray has led multiple project teams in a virtual matrix environment, overseeing key product launches and cross-functional R&D core team meetings. Previously, Murray held senior management roles at Allergan and was instrumental in driving R&D initiatives, ensuring adherence to high standards and streamlined practices. Murray earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Aberdeen from 1992 to 1997.
