Jamie Martino

Jamie Martino is an experienced professional with a strong background in communication, change management, and talent development, currently serving as the Head of DT Communication & Change and previously as Head of IT Communication & Change at UCB since January 2017. Martino's expertise includes creating comprehensive IT recruitment, onboarding, and learning programs, as well as leading digital solutions strategies, enhancing HR operations, and implementing agile methodologies. In addition to a prominent role at UCB, Jamie also serves as President of the Brussels Sports Association, guiding its mission and projects. Prior experience includes various leadership positions in learning and development at MCI Group, along with roles in management consulting and sales in several organizations. Jamie holds an MBA in International Business from St. John's University and a BA in International Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
