Moni Chand has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Early Asset Development in Immunology at UCB since August 2019, focusing on pre-clinical to proof of concept development in dermatology and rheumatology. Prior to this role, Moni held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company from January 2001 to December 2011, including Regional Sales Leadership in Diabetes and Neuroscience, and served as Senior Product Manager for Byetta and Product Manager for the pre-launch of Ruboxistaurin. Earlier in the career, Moni was a Marketing Operations Specialist at Adelphi Research Global. Moni holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McMaster University.
