Nico Reynders

Nico Reynders is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources and business leadership at UCB since December 2010. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President and Head of Bone Health, Reynders is responsible for the development and commercialization of products aimed at improving the care of patients with severe osteoporosis. Previous roles at UCB include leadership positions in global HR for Immunology and Neurology, HR Business Partnering, and talent management initiatives. Prior to UCB, Reynders held significant HR roles at Munters, Randstad Holding, Hudson | De Witte & Morel, and Accenture. Education includes a General Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Vlerick Business School.
