Rhonda Peebles

Rhonda Peebles is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Vice-President and Head of US Dermatology at UCB since January 2020, Rhonda previously held the position of Global Head of Life Cycle Management for FASENRA at AstraZeneca. At Novartis, Rhonda was the Executive Director of Marketing, leading US Dermatology Marketing efforts. Rhonda’s earlier career at Johnson & Johnson spanned multiple roles, including Worldwide Marketing Director and Senior Product Director, as well as various marketing and sales positions. Rhonda began the professional journey at Philip Morris USA as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Academically, Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science & Biology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Toxicology from the University of Kentucky, in addition to completing an Executive Education Course in Finance & Accounting at The Wharton School.
