Sandro Lalanne

Sandro Lalanne has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the President of APIEP. Sandro then worked as a School Manager & Sales Manager at Medisup Sciences from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Sandro was a Medical and Marketing intern at Servier, where they contributed to the development of medical strategies for cardiology and psychiatry products. Sandro also worked as a Pharmacist intern at AP-HP (CHU La Pitié-Salpêtrière) during the same year. In 2014, Sandro joined Sanofi as part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Global Strategic Development, focusing on early-stage products strategy and business development. Sandro managed various projects, such as market analysis and strategic recommendations. From 2015 to 2016, Sandro worked as an Account Manager at Healthcare Consultancy Group, leading cross-functional teams and providing management consulting solutions, marketing and medical strategies. Sandro then joined LFB in 2017, first as a Global Brand Manager and later as a Global Brand & Launch Manager, both roles focused on hemophilia products. Sandro joined Astellas Pharma in 2020 as the FRANCE Medical Excellence and Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Operations Immunology at UCB since June 2021, with previous experience as the Launch Lead Immunology.

Sandro Lalanne has a diverse education history. In 2008, they began studying at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in 2016, with a focus on Marketing pharmaceutique. In 2014 and 2015, Sandro attended ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a degree in Strategy and Management of International Business, specializing in Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Intercultural Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Sandro obtained certifications in Change Management from Harvard Manage Mentor in 2020 and in Facilitator Inclusive Mindset from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2021.
