Yvonne Schmitt-Fesenbeck

Yvonne Schmitt-Fesenbeck is an experienced IT and HR professional currently serving as the IT HR Acquisition and Learning Solution Lead at UCB since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing UCB’s validated Learning system and coordinating agile projects and budgets. Previously, Yvonne held roles at UCB as IT Lead Talent Manager and IT HR Senior Manager, focusing on global HR solutions and the implementation of HR technology. Prior experience includes working at SAP SuccessFactors as a Solution Advisor and undergoing intensive training in the SAP PreSales Academy, along with internships at IBM and Wüstenrot & Württembergische. Yvonne holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
