Cullen Whyte BEng CEng MIET is an accomplished facilities management and engineering professional with extensive experience across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Facilities Management and Lab Services at UCB UK & Ireland since January 2025, Cullen previously held the role of Facilities & Engineering Manager at Evotec, where responsibilities included managing capital project delivery and overseeing a £20M budget over three years. With a strong background at Eli Lilly and Company, Cullen has excelled in various roles, including Facilities and Engineering Leader, where site operations and capital delivery for a 30m2 campus were managed, and as Engineering Manager, driving strategic planning and project execution with significant budget accountability. Cullen's earlier experience includes leadership positions in project engineering at Johnson & Johnson and extensive education in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
