In addition, Zachary holds the position of Chief Information Officer at UCBEnvironmental, focusing on innovation in employee development, company structures, technology, and information systems to support growth. Zachary is also a Board Member and Treasurer for the Kensington Talmadge Business Association, overseeing the strategic vision and financial execution. As a co-owner of Signs of Our Lives, Zachary contributes to the operational aspects of the business. Zachary Fratkin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Forensics from Towson University.
