Brandon Lipska

Brandon Lipska has a strong background in supply chain and operations management. Brandon began their career as an Engineering Co-op at GE Energy in 1995. Brandon later joined GE Energy again in 1998 as part of the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where they gained valuable experience in various areas of operations management. Lipska then transitioned to the role of Production Team Leader, leading a team of 57 associates and contributing to $50 million in sales. Brandon also served as a Materials Leader, managing a $23 million international supply base and achieving significant improvements in on-time shipments and inventory reduction.

In 2002, Lipska joined GE Power as a Materials Manager, where they led a materials team and achieved cost reductions and inventory management improvements in a flow motor assembly operation and continuous wire manufacturing operation. Brandon then served as an Operations/Lean/Quality Leader, directing all aspects of production for a factory of 168 hourly employees and leading the plant through a major restructuring process. Lipska later became a Plant Manager, overseeing a $10 million DC motor plant and delivering total cost and labor productivity savings through lean implementation.

In 2014, Lipska joined UCC Environmental as the Director of Supply Chain, where they managed the supply chain and operations for the company. Brandon then assumed the role of Vice President - Supply Chain and Operations in 2016. There is no end date provided for their role at UCC Environmental.

Throughout their career, Lipska has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, operations leadership, lean implementation, cost reduction, and inventory management.

Brandon Lipska obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 1993 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Executive Leadership certification from LinkedIn in January 2023.
