Eric Usi Gutierrez

Eric Usi Gutierrez is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Architectural Technician at UCC Holding since January 2016, Eric has previously worked as a Site Architect/Inspector at Al Khozama Investment and held positions at Buro Happold as an Architectural Technician/Site Inspector and Al Sawaed General Contracting as an Architectural Engineer/CAD Draftsman. Earlier in the career, Eric gained valuable experience as a Junior Architect at Arenco Abdullah Ahmed Al Moosa Architectural & Engineering Consultants and as a CAD Draftsman/Miniature Model Maker at ASYA DESIGN. Eric holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Far Eastern University.
