Catherine Mcmahon

Catherine McMahon is an experienced professional in communications and project management, currently serving as the Alumni Relations Manager for the College of Health & Agricultural Sciences at University College Dublin since February 2024. Prior to this role, Catherine worked at Brosna Educational Centres as the Communications and Project Manager, where new learning projects were successfully implemented, enhancing accessibility for diverse audiences. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Momentum Leadership Programme, Catherine conducted market research to develop a specialized program for young women focused on leadership skills and social awareness. Extensive experience includes serving as the International Education and Communications Coordinator at Lismullin Institute, where partnerships for cross-cultural exchanges were established, as well as roles as Education Coordinator, Press Officer at Home Renaissance Foundation, and Event Manager at Harambee. Catherine holds degrees in Audiovisual Communication, Interactive Media (MPhil), and Spanish and Iberian Studies, alongside a Professional Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy.
