Andreia Goncalves

Andreia Goncalves is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as an Ambassador at Uceda Institute since May 2022, Andreia assists prospective students by answering calls and effectively communicating the institute's offerings. Prior to this, Andreia operated as a self-employed HR professional since May 2015 and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rodando Legal, where responsibilities included overhauling recruitment processes and conducting exit interviews. Andreia's career also includes positions as a Consultant Human Resources at Fergon Computadores e Sistemas, a Human Resources Analyst at SulAmérica, and an Administrative Assistant at Rio-Sul, Linhas Aereas Regionais. Andreia holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an English degree from Norwalk Community College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UERJ.
