Sonia Kapur

Sonia Kapur is an experienced Credentialing Manager at Union Community Health Center since June 2021, previously serving as a Senior Credentialing Coordinator at CareMount Medical from July 2006 to April 2021. During tenure at CareMount Medical, Sonia reviewed and processed applications in line with NCQA standards and maintained provider credential files. Prior to this, a Provider Enrollment Analyst role at Empire Medicare Services involved credentialing providers and conducting thorough background checks, while early experience as a Business Analyst at Mount Kisco Medical Group included managing physician transcriptions and addressing inquiries.
