Huguette Conil

Huguette Conil currently serves as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Mastercard, a position held since March 2015, providing strategic and operational leadership for total reward programs on an international scale. Prior to this role, Huguette held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards focusing on the Latin America and Caribbean region. Huguette's career also includes key leadership roles at Starboard Cruise Services as Director of Total Rewards & Leadership Development, and Onboard Media as HR Director. Huguette began working in the talent management field at Burger King Corporation, where responsibilities included leading talent development and acquisition functions. Huguette holds an MBA in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA in Psychology from Boston University.
