Gabrielle Belser

Gabrielle Belser, MBA, currently serves as the System Director of Ambulatory Operations and previously held the position of Director of Clinical Operations at UC Health from June 2021 to the present. In addition, Gabrielle is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Council on Aging (COA) since October 2024, representing Hamilton County. Prior experience includes roles as the Senior Manager of Wellness Operations and Clinical Operations Program Manager at Wake Forest Baptist Health from June 2018 to June 2021, and various positions at UC Health from September 2013 to May 2018, including Organizational Effectiveness Project Manager of Ambulatory Services and Clinical Operations Manager. Gabrielle's career began at The Christ Hospital Health Network as an Access Coordinator from September 2012 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology and an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Finance from the University of Cincinnati and its Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
