Jason M. Francis

Jason M. Francis currently serves as the Online Reputation Manager at UC Health, a position held since July 2025, while also fulfilling the role of Council Member for the Village of West Union since December 2019. Previously, Jason M. Francis was the Director of Marketing and Community Outreach at Adams County Regional Medical Center from July 2020 to July 2025, where key accomplishments included leading a $7 million healthcare expansion initiative and implementing a telehealth program across six school districts. Other experience includes serving as Staff Writer and Digital Media Manager for The Informer, Mobility Manager for Adams Brown Community Action Partnership, and Financial Planning Coordinator for the Humane Society of Adams County. A graduate of Shawnee State University, Jason M. Francis holds a degree in Social Science, obtained in 2017.
