Rachel Podvin

Rachel Podvin is a highly experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in critical care and nursing administration. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing for IP/ICU at UC Health since September 2017, Rachel has also held the position of RN Clinical Manager at the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Carespring Healthcare Management and working in various nursing roles at UC Health, Select Specialty Hospital, and Indiansprings of Oakley. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Cincinnati, where studies were completed in August 2021, and also earned a Master in Nursing Administration from the same institution in June 2021. Rachel's educational background further includes studies at Capital University and Lakota West High School.
