Ekaterina Surzhikova

Ekaterina Surzhikova is an experienced product leader and educational expert with a strong background in designing and managing educational products and experiences. Currently serving as Product Lead and Head of the content department at UCHi.RU since November 2017, Ekaterina oversees the full cycle of educational product development, including strategy, R&D, and people management. Previous roles include Product Manager for educational games and Learning Experience Designer, where courses for students in grades 1-8 were created. Prior to UCHi.RU, Ekaterina worked as a Learning Experience Designer at АДАМАС, managing online education for retail employees, and served as an E-learning Specialist at adidas group, providing educational services across several countries. Ekaterina holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Higher School of Economics.
