Abby Bischoff

Abby Bischoff currently serves as Consumer Access Manager at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth since March 2022. With a rich background in healthcare management, Abby previously held the roles of Telecommunications Manager and Access Center Supervisor at Rush University Medical Center from December 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Abby was Contact Center Manager at AMITA Health from May 2012 to October 2019, overseeing Central Scheduling services and managing a high-volume call center while ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Abby also has experience as Call Center Supervisor at Alliance HealthCare Services from October 2004 to May 2012 and is the Business Owner of Abby Jane Florals since August 2012.
