Stephanie Khin

Stephanie Khin, PharmD, BCSCP, currently serves as the Medication Safety Manager for the Great Lakes Region at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth since August 2022. Stephanie has a robust background in health-system pharmacy, having completed a PGY2 residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at Ascension Wisconsin and a PGY1 residency at Ascension All Saints. Prior experience includes roles as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Extern at UI Health, a Global Clinical Nutrition Medical Affairs Intern at Baxter International Inc., and various positions at Walgreens, including Pharmacy Intern and Technician. Stephanie's career began as a Dental Assistant at Dr. Hee's Dental Office. Armed with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UC Irvine, Stephanie Khin possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in pharmacy practice.
