Annie Bae is a dedicated academic professional with extensive experience in research, counseling, and education. Currently serving as a Research Assistant for the Asian American Research Initiative at San Francisco State University and as a Graduate Student Researcher for 21CSLA, Annie also works as a College Counselor at Collegewise. Previously, Annie held key roles such as Program Coordinator in the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where responsibilities included developing strategies for recruiting underrepresented groups and coordinating events. Annie's research experience includes analyzing hate incident reports at Stop AAPI Hate and interviewing alumni from Asian American Studies programs. With an educational background that includes a PhD in Education from UCLA and a Master's degree from Harvard, Annie possesses a strong foundation in both academic and practical aspects of education.
