Alessandra Silva

Alessandra Silva is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Analyst at UCLA Health since January 2024. Previously, Alessandra worked at The Retina Partners from November 2020 to December 2023, managing office expenses and enhancing marketing strategies to boost patient referrals through website redesign and social media management. Additional experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at UC Irvine, where research focused on marketing campaigns' impact on marginalized communities, and various leadership positions in student organizations advocating for immigrant rights and equity at UCI. Alessandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, completed in 2020.
