Frank F. Zhou

Frank F. Zhou is a motivated health services researcher currently employed at UCLA Health since September 2023, focusing on enhancing the efficiency, accessibility, and equity of healthcare delivery. In addition, Frank serves as a voting member of the American Medical Association's House of Delegates, advocating for improved Medicaid affordability and reduced student loan debt. As Chair of the Committee on Economics and Quality in Medicine within the Medical Student Section, Frank leads extensive research efforts that produce over 200 reviews and reports annually. Frank's consulting experience at Health Advances includes executing more than 30 strategy projects and authoring award-winning publications on opioid safety and healthcare policy. Educationally, Frank is pursuing an MD at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and has a BA in Chemistry from Harvard University.
