John Zaki Mph

John Zaki MPH, CPHQ, currently serves as a Project Manager in the Patient Navigation & Business Services Department at UCLA Health since December 2012. Zaki has extensive experience in patient safety and emergency preparedness, having led initiatives to reduce healthcare errors, manage emergency communication systems, and coordinate vaccination programs. Additionally, Zaki co-founded and presides over St. Mark Medical Clinic, providing healthcare services to underprivileged communities in Los Angeles, while actively overseeing operations and volunteer management. With a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy/Health from UC Riverside, Zaki has a strong foundation in healthcare management and policy.
