Aidas J Mattis M.D.

Aidas J Mattis MD, PhD is a seasoned physician and surgical pathologist currently affiliated with Olive View - UCLA Medical Center since August 2021. Previously, Aidas Mattis served as a fellow in surgical pathology at Cedars-Sinai and held the position of co-chief resident in anatomic and clinical pathology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from July 2016 to June 2020. In addition to a medical career, Aidas Mattis is the CEO of Red Lion Tavern since May 2004. The educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy and Medical Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Early education was completed at Santa Monica College, La Canada High School, and First Lutheran Elementary.
